We had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our trip was comfortable and memorable. The manager, Cecilia, even helped us with a tricky situation when the local banks couldn't change our travelers' cheques. The service and care from the staff, including Emily, exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful and memorable stay with staff who ensured our trip was relaxing, comfortable and memorable. In particular manager Cecilia ensured that we had access to our funds after the local banks refused to change our travellers cheques due to a recent change in policy. Additionally thank you to Emily and other members of staff whose commitment to customer service and care exceeded expectations. The lodges are lovely and the ability to step out of the door and swing in a hammock listening to the humming birds fluttering in the trees is a great placebo. Fantastic setting with the Caribbean lapping the white beach and great food - my 11 year old son took a shine to the Salmon in Love Rub which he dined on over four consecutive nights. As we'd travelled overland from El Salvador, the hotel was a welcome respite and refuge. A definite recommendation and excellent value for money.

The lodges were decent and offered a lovely view of the sea. The food was great and my son loved the Salmon with Love Rub. The Caribbean Sea was just a few steps away and the beach was white and clean. It was also good value for money.
We had some issues with obtaining money as the local banks refused to change our travellers cheques. However, the manager was accommodating and provided us with access to our funds.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The manager, Cecilia, was especially amazing, assisting us with accessing our funds when the local banks wouldn't accept our travellers cheques. The lodges were lovely, and it was a treat to step out and relax in a hammock, listening to the sounds of hummingbirds in the trees. The setting, with the stunning Caribbean beach, was breathtaking, and the food was delicious - our son couldn't get enough of the salmon dish. This hotel was a great refuge and provided excellent value for money.

The lodges were comfortable and had a cozy vibe. the food was delicious, and my son loved the salmon dish. the hotel's location by the beach made it easy to enjoy the Caribbean waters.
The hotel's staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the area and didn't offer many suggestions for things to do or see nearby. the room was not well-maintained, and we had issues with the air conditioning unit.
