We had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our trip was comfortable and memorable. The manager, Cecilia, even helped us with a tricky situation when the local banks couldn't change our travelers' cheques. The service and care from the staff, including Emily, exceeded our expectations.

The lodges are lovely and the ability to step out of the door and swing in a hammock listening to the humming birds fluttering in the trees is a great placebo. Fantastic setting with the Caribbean lapping the white beach and great food - my 11 year old son took a shine to the Salmon in Love Rub which he dined on over four consecutive nights. As we'd travelled overland from El Salvador, the hotel was a welcome respite and refuge. A definite recommendation and excellent value for money.

The lodges were decent and offered a lovely view of the sea. The food was great and my son loved the Salmon with Love Rub. The Caribbean Sea was just a few steps away and the beach was white and clean. It was also good value for money.

The hotel's staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the area and didn't offer many suggestions for things to do or see nearby. the room was not well-maintained, and we had issues with the air conditioning unit.
